The pre-cast concrete structure is built through 10 meter spans. A central courtyard covered with pre-cast concrete beam-skylights lets the daylight go inside and iluminates the hole space from the top.
In a shorter span (about 4m) we place the uses which need smaller spaces like offices, stairs, toilets, etc. This spaces are south-orientated, and are provided with long horizontal windows with protections to avoid excessive sun in the summer. This spaces are lower, so it's possible to fit two stories in each main floor (3+3 m). The backspace could be used as a storage room, loading bay, etc.
