The house has been designed taking into account the compositional criteria that could be included within the concept of the 'Mediterranean house'. All major units of housing are enjoy the views from the garden, and an optimal sunlight and ventilation. Porches have been arranged to create outdoor spaces protected from the sun and avoid direct solar radiation on glass surfaces. The U-shaped house arrangement improves cross ventilation.
At the ground floor, which is in a higher level that the street, there are the house common use spaces (kitchen, living room, etc.). Below is the garage and at the first floor there are rooms and a studio.
