Vehicular and pedestrian access are located together at street level with the entrance hall, which contains the main staircase, elevator and garage. On the next level -a semi-basement- we find the winter dining and living room, which serves as a large leisure space with cellar, billiards and fireplace. The 'real' ground floor is actually 6.6 metres above the entrance level. On a platform that accommodates the greater part of the garden and the most important rooms: living room, lounge, kitchen-dining room, bedrooms and the service quarters. All of which, except for the service quarters, overlook the garden and enjoy splendid views of Barcelona.

The pergola and barbecue areas next to the swimming pool have been designed for alfresco dining in the summer, and form a natural extension of the interior space carried through into the garden. The infinity swimming pool forms the border of the garden, making a banister unnecessary and augmenting the vista. It also demarcates the garden platform. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a television/games lounge. These attic-like rooms open onto a large westerly-orientated terrace with a privileged panorama of Barcelona.

A combination of natural lighting in all rooms and state of the art environmental friendly installations (no traditional air conditioning was used here) provide comfort and energy savings throughout the house.
