This is a two-story industrial building, built in precast concrete. It has a clear, modular structure, and a compact vertical communication core (main staircase, emergency stairs and elevators) located in a strategic position. In this way the surface for industrial use it's been maximized. All interior spaces receive natural light from windows and skylights built into the facades and roof modulation. An outdoor space of adequate size for use as yard loading and unloading has been generated by the removal of a structural module.
Precast facade panels are painted in different tones with the intention to make it a counterpoint to the strong volumetry that too often these kind of buildings have.
