In a small and irregular plot we had to fit a building with a very complex programme -distributed in uneven-sized pieces- which also needed several separate accesses. Due to this programmatic complexity we decided to focus on a perfect layout so that the building worked flawlessly. The paradox being this was the only virtue that the jury saw in our proposal. Other key elements of our project were: volumetric integration with the environment, natural lighting in all rooms and environmentally friendly and energy saving installations.
