The different areas of this project are organised through a coherent series of voids and fills, patios and interior spaces, common in traditional Mediterranean architecture and well-suited to our climate. The layout of the centre recognises the fine orientation of the interior spaces, and the relationship of the exterior to them. We designed a two-storey building; the main façade, containing the commercial area, faces the Albir Avenue and is open-plan, with just the lift and staircase in a central position to ease its future development.
